Newsflash:

On Sunday, 13th March, at 7 pm, the Jazz After Hours website will be streaming a Concert for Ukraine. The headline act is Alina Bzhezhinska and the HipHarp Collective. Alina is a Ukrainian-born jazz harpist, and she comes with a 5-star rating from the Crotchety Critics Circle.

Unfortunately, that notice doesn’t say which time zone they are using. The site is American, so it’s probably between UTC -5 hrs and UTC -8 hrs, which makes the start time somewhere between midnight and 3 am UK time by my reckoning. Sadly, I shall be tucked up in bed with the internal volume knob turned right down, so I won’t be listening when it goes out live. But, with luck, it will be added to the Jazz After Hours playlists on SoundCloud, and we can all catch it later.
